Hirekolale Lake is a calm reservoir surrounded by hills, with the Mullayanagiri range rising behind it. It is one of the best and easiest sunset spots in Chikkamagaluru and it is right next door to us.
Getting there
About 8 km from Tranquil Terrain, roughly 15 minutes by car. You can go after hi-tea and be back for the bonfire.

Good to know
The lake supplies water to the area, so swimming and boating are not allowed. Carry your trash back with you. In winter, mornings here are often misty and beautiful too.
